High Performance Unit 8yrs - 16yrs
(Invite only)
90 minute sessions, students (boys and girls) will focus on 6 main areas through fun, structured drills, games and challenges that are ‘game appropriate’. Split across appropriate groups which are decided by ability more so than age (safety depending) by our Head Coaching staff. This level of the program focuses heavily on advanced techniques in ball manipulation, 1v1 moves, change of direction techniques with both feet, encouraging quicker decision making under pressure in both defence and attack and incorporating the ability to play as a team or go it alone to create space/opportunities for others.
Detailed home assignments designed to boost development and 6 monthly assessments for all registered players.
